Below are the steps required to register for Internet Banking.

You can login straight away to Internet Banking if you have a debit or credit card.

  • You have a login ID/userID, but you are using Internet Banking First Time
    • Click on the “First time user” option
    • You should always have your Customer ID, Account Number, Registered Mobile Number, and Debit Card with you.
    • Enter your Customer ID, account number, and registered mobile number. Click ‘Proceed!
    • Enter the 16-digit debit card number, ATM pin and expiry date. Select Indian Rupee (INR) as the currency option. Accept these terms and conditions, then click “Proceed”.
    • Enter the login password you choose, keeping in mind the rules. To confirm the password, re-enter the OTP code received. Click on “Submit” to enter the OTP code.
    • Now you are able to log in with your login ID and password.
  • If you are an NRI customer
    • After logging in, you’ll see a message asking for Netsecure registration. Netsecure is an additional layer of security that protects all online transactions, such as fund transfer and bill payment.
    • Choose the Netsecure mode you wish to use
    • Click ‘Register’ to enter your mobile number and accept the terms. Please enter the same mobile number you used to register for Internet Banking earlier.
  • You do not need a username, password, or debit card to access the Internet banking.
    • Fill out the registration form for Internet banking at your branch.
    • Fill your account details.
    • Before signing, please read all instructions.
    • All account holders must sign the form.
    • Send the completed form to one of our branches.
    • Register your mobile number to Netsecure while you submit the form in the branch
    • Registering your mobile number for Internet Banking can be done at any Axis Bank ATM. Click hereFor register your mobile number for the Internet Banking to view details.
    • Axis Bank will send you the passwords via mail.
    • After receiving your passwords, log in to Internet Banking.
    • Now your registration is complete.
