To Apply for a New Aadhaar Card: Full Name, Permanent Address and Post Office. District, State, Pin Code. And any other details
You must include the correct information about the person for whom you applied the Aadhaar Card update.
Step 3:- There are three ways to enroll
- Document-Based:One valid Proof of Identity document (PoI), and one valid Proof of Address document (PoA).
- Head of Family (Hof),-based:The Head of the Family (HoF), may introduce members of the family using documents that establish the Proof of Relationship.
- Introducer-basedAn introducer’s service is available if there are no valid Proof of Identity documents (PoI) or Proof of Address documents (PoA). The Registrar will appoint an introducer. They should possess a valid Aadhaar number.Please complete the Enrolment form at the enrolment centre. As part of enrollment, your photo, fingerprints, iris scan, and fingerprints will be taken. During enrollment, you can review your information and make any corrections.
An acknowledgment slip will be sent to you with your enrolment number. You can correct any errors in your enrolment data within 96 hours after enrolment by visiting an enrolment centre with the acknowledgment slip
