Each year, more than 20 lakh people apply for the CTET exam. A total of 23,51 7,725 candidates took the CTET exam in January 2021. 6,54,299 of them qualified. According to media reports, close to 24 million candidates applied for CTET in December 2019. Of these, 5.42 lakh were qualified. A total of 23.77 million aspirants took CTET in July 2019. 3.52 lakh qualified.

These are the steps involved in selecting CTET candidates:
Candidates must fill out their CTET 2021 application online via the exam’s official website. The CTET application fee is Rs 1,000 for one paper and Rs 1,200 for two papers.
