Emoji Meaning
A yellow face with eyes closed and mouth letting out three, cartoon-styled Zzzâs overhead to indicate it’s sound asleep. The Zzzâs appear blue or purple across most platforms. May also represent boredom (slang, snooze).
Generally used instead of đŞ Sleepy Face to convey sleep or sleepiness.
Sleeping Face was approved as part of Unicode 6.1 in 2012 and added to Emoji 1.0 in 2015.
